Rosemary Olive Oil - Wonderful with Lamb, add to bread or pizza dough, roast with butternut squash
Neapolitan Dark Balsamic - Marinate a nice juicy steak, grill eggplant , fantastic in dressings, with pasta, rice, quinoa, drizzled over cucumbers and tomatoes, brushed on bruschetta or paired with creamy cheeses.
Basil Olive Oil - Make a Ricotta Basil spread, wonderful on a caprese salad
Dill Olive Oil- Try roasting potatoes, drizzle over scrambled eggs, and grilling salmon
Oregano White Balsamic - Add to spaghetti sauce, mix with extra virgin olive oil for a dressing, pickle red peppers, use to make mustard
Herbs de Provence - Add to bread, roast lamb or meat, drizzle over pasta or rice,bake seafood, or roast vegetables
