This months pairing is our Grapefruit (White Balsamic) and Herbs de Provence Olive Oil. This combination is so delicious!
Combine two to one (2 tablespoons oil to 1 tablespoon vinegar) for a salad dressing, use as a marinade for fish or drizzle over fresh fruit.
For a vinaigrette:
- 1/2 C Herbs de Provence Olive Oil
- 1/4C Grapefruit White Balsamic
- Salt & Pepper to taste (most people don't feel the need to add Salt and Pepper to this vinaigrette)
Mix well and add to your favorite green salad. Enjoy!
