Rich and Savory Pizza

  • Refrigerated Pizza Dough
  • Leonardo's Asiago Sauce
  • Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Fresh Sliced Portabella Mushrooms
  • Fresh Sliced Red Onions
  • Fresh Chopped Spinach
  • Fresh Chopped Rosemary

Preheat oven to 475 degrees.  Stretch out dough by hand or using rolling pin into 12" round.  Spoon Leonardo's Asiago Pizza Sauce onto dough leaving  1/2" border for crust.  Sprinkle fresh grated Parmesan cheese evenly over sauce.  Layer spinach, portabella mushrooms and red onion evenly over entire pizza.  Sprinkle fresh chopped rosemary over the top.  Cook on baking pan or pizza stone for 10-15 minutes until top and bottom are golden brown all over. 

Spinach and Artichoke Dip Pizza

  • Refrigerated Pizza Dough
  • Leonardo's Asiago Sauce
  • Fresh Garlic, Finely Chopped
  • Shredded Provolone Cheese
  • Sliced Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
  • Canned Artichoke Hearts, Rinsed, Roughly Chopped
  • Fresh Chopped Spinach

Preheat oven to 475 degrees.  Stretch out dough by hand or using rolling pin into 12" round.  Spoon Leonardo's Asiago Pizza Sauce onto dough leaving  1/2" border for crust.  Sprinkle fresh chopped garlic evenly over sauce.  Lay slices of fresh mozzarella evenly over sauce and garlic.  Sprinkle provolone cheese over all the mozzarella.  Distribute artichoke hearts and chopped spinach evenly over the top. Cook on baking pan or pizza stone for 10-15 minutes until top and bottom are golden brown all over.
