Smokey and Sweet Pizza

  • Refrigerated Pizza Dough
  • Leonardo's Chipotle Sauce
  • Part-Skim Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • Sweet Italian Sausage (sliced or crumbled)
  • Sliced Fresh Red Onion
  • Fresh Chopped Cilantro

Preheat oven to 475 degrees.  Stretch out dough by hand or using rolling pin into 12" round.  Spoon Leonardo's Chipotle Pizza Sauce onto dough leaving  1/2" border for crust.  Sprinkle mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheese evenly over sauce.  Lay or sprinkle sweet Italian sausage evenly over cheese.  Layer red onion evenly over entire pizza.  Cook on baking pan or pizza stone for 10-15 minutes until top and bottom are golden brown all over.  Sprinkle fresh chopped cilantro over the top out of the oven.

Southwest Fusion Pizza

  • Refrigerated Pizza Dough
  • Leonardo's Chipotle Sauce
  • Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
  • Feta Cheese
  • Grilled Chicken
  • Sweet White Onions
  • Fresh Chopped Tomatoes
  • Fresh Whole or Chopped Arugula 

Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Stretch out dough by hand or using rolling pin into 12" round. Spoon Leonardo's Chipotle Pizza Sauce onto dough leaving  1/2" border for crust.  Sprinkle mozzarella and Feta cheese evenly over sauce. Lay sliced tomatoes over cheese, then chicken and lastly the white onions. Cook on baking pan or pizza stone for 10-15 minutes until top and bottom are golden brown all over. Out of oven, top with whole or chopped fresh arugula.
